- 2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. white cornmeal
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/4 c. milk
- whipped cream
Directions

1In large mixer bowl, stir together sugar, flour and cornmeal. Add eggs and beat until ivory color.

2Add lemon peel, lemon juice and butter; beat just enough to mix.

3Pour into pastry shell. Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.

4Serve warm or cold and top with whipped cream.
