- 2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. corn meal (rounded)
- 4 eggs (unbeaten)
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. lemon juice and grated rind (1/2 tsp. instant)
Directions

1Toss with fork the sugar, flour and corn meal.

2Add eggs, butter, milk, lemon juice and rind.

3Beat thoroughly.

4Pour into shell.

5Bake 15 minutes at 375°, then 45 minutes at 325°.
