  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 4 Tbsp. lemon rind
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sweet milk

    Add meal and flour, then add milk, 4 tablespoons lemon rind and 1/4 cup lemon juice.

    Mix well and pour into 9-inch unbaked pie crust.
