  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 9-inch pie shell

    Combine sugar, flour and cornmeal in large bowl.

    Beat with mixer until smooth and thoroughly blended.
