- 2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. cornmeal
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Toss sugar, flour and cornmeal with a fork.

2Combine with remaining ingredients, except pie shell.

3Beat at low speed with mixer for about 30 seconds.

4Pour into pie shell and bake at 425° for 10 minutes.

5Reduce oven temperature to 350° and bake 35 minutes more.
