  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. cornmeal
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Toss sugar, flour and cornmeal with a fork.

    Combine with remaining ingredients, except pie shell.

    Beat at low speed with mixer for about 30 seconds.

    Pour into pie shell and bake at 425° for 10 minutes.

    Reduce oven temperature to 350° and bake 35 minutes more.
