  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. corn meal
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice (2 lemons)
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. melted butter

Directions

    Mix well; pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.

    Preheat oven to 400°, about 5 minutes.

    After putting pies in oven, reduce heat to 325° and bake 30 to 40 minutes.
