- 2 large lemons
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 16 oz. sliced mushrooms
- seasoned salt
- lemon pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. white wine
Directions

1Sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt and lemon pepper.

2Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes; brown in the butter.

3Cut lemons into small wedges; squeeze onto chicken.

4Add mushrooms; cook until tender.

5Add the white wine; cook 2 minutes.

6Remove the lemons. Pour off liquid and reserve.

7Brown chicken in 2 tablespoons butter.

8Serve over white rice and add liquid.
