  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced, or 1.2 teaspoon bottled minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon capers, drained
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup white wine
