- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 13 cup lemon juice

1Mix all of the spices & lemon juice in a 1-gallon bag, add chicken pieces, & freeze.

2To prepare, thaw bag of chicken, preheat trusty oven to 450 degrees.

3Arrange chicken skin-side down in an 8x8x2-inch bakind dish treated with nonstick spray.

4Pour liquid over chicken.

5Bake for 20 minutes.

6Turn chicken over & baste.

7Bake for an extra 15 to 20 minutes.

8Prepare rice according to package directions.
