- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 lemons
- 2 cloves garlic and minced garlic
- dry parsley and fresh parsley
- 1 stick unsalted butter
Directions

1Cut chicken into small pieces.

2Sprinkle about 2 teaspoons minced garlic and dry parsley on chicken.

3Squeeze 8 lemons and pour lemon juice to cover chicken.

4Let stand as long as possible (at least 20 minutes; better overnight).

5Melt butter in skillet (might need 2 skillets).

6Throw chicken and juice into pan and cook on highest heat, then lower to medium.

7Cut up garlic cloves and throw into pan.

8Do not brown.

9When cooked, remove garlic and serve with fresh chopped parsley.
