  • 2 lemons
  • pepper

    Wash and dry chicken thoroughly and rub with pepper.

    Puncture 2 lemons 20 times each and place inside chicken.

    Skewer and tie legs loosely.

    Place breast side down in preheated 350° oven for 20 minutes.

    Turn breast side up and cook for another 20 minutes. Raise temperature to 400° and cook for another 20 minutes.
