Ingredients
- 3 lb. chicken or all breasts or thighs
- flour
- salt
- oil
- 1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. catsup
- 2 tsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Skin chicken and roll in flour and salt mixture.

2Brown in cooking oil and turn over.

3Combine lemonade, 1/2 cup water, brown sugar, catsup and vinegar; pour over chicken in skillet.

4Cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes.

5Remove chicken to serving plate and keep warm.

6Combine cornstarch and 1 tablespoon water. Gradually add to lemonade mixture, stirring until smooth and cook until thick.

7Spoon over chicken.

8Serve with rice and green salad.
