- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- flour enough to cover chicken
- salt and pepper
- 8 oz. can mushrooms
Directions

1Place flour, salt and pepper in plastic storage bag.

2Put chicken in bag, one piece at a time, and shake to coat.

3Melt butter in frying pan.

4Place chicken in frying pan and cook until light brown, turning occasionally.

5Add lemon juice and mushrooms to frying pan.

6Reduce heat and simmer, covered, about 20 minutes. Serve over buttered noodles.
