Lemon Chicken Breasts

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • flour enough to cover chicken
  • salt and pepper
  • 8 oz. can mushrooms

Directions

    Place flour, salt and pepper in plastic storage bag.

    Put chicken in bag, one piece at a time, and shake to coat.

    Melt butter in frying pan.

    Place chicken in frying pan and cook until light brown, turning occasionally.

    Add lemon juice and mushrooms to frying pan.

    Reduce heat and simmer, covered, about 20 minutes. Serve over buttered noodles.
