  • 3/4 pounds Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts Or Tenderloins
  • 3 dashes Black Pepper
  • 3 dashes Seasoning Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Flour
  • 1- 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1/4 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
  • 6 Tablespoons Flat-leaf Parsley, Chopped
  • 1 head Broccoli, Chopped
  • 1 whole Red Bell Pepper, Stem And Seeds Removed, Then Sliced
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon Zest
  • 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice

    Cut chicken into bite size pieces and put it into a small bowl.

    Season chicken with a few dashes of black pepper and seasoning salt.

    Add flour and mix into chicken.

    Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and heat on medium-high heat.

    Add chicken and cook until done or about 5 minutes.

    Remove chicken to a plate and keep warm.

    Add chicken broth, garlic, and red pepper flakes (optional) to skillet.
