Lemon Chiffon Pie

  • 1 pie crust (graham cracker or baked shell)
  • 7 oz. Carnation evaporated milk
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 pkg. sugar-free lemon jello
  • 1 kiwi fruit (garnish)

Directions

    Pour chilled evaporated milk into a medium-size bowl and whip with electric mixer until soft peaks form.

    Mix water, lemon juice and jello in microwave bowl and heat for 1 minute.

    Stir to dissolve gelatin.

    Mix whipped milk and gelatin mixture with mixer until thoroughly blended.

    Pour into baked pie crust and chill until fully set.

    Garnish with kiwi fruit.
