  • 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3/4 c. chopped nuts or flaked coconut
  • 10x sugar

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375°. Grease cookie sheet.

    Combine cake mix, eggs, oil and lemon juice in large bowl. Beat on low speed; add nuts. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on cookie sheet 1-inch apart. Bake 6 to 7 minutes or until light brown. Cool 1 minute. Dust with 10x sugar.
