  • 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Mix the ingredients with electric mixer.

    Drop by teaspoonfuls into a bowl of powdered sugar.

    Roll dough around until coated with sugar.

    Pat into a thin cookie and place on lightly greased cookie sheets.

    Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes.

    They will not be dark brown.
