- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade (undiluted)
- 1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Directions

1Combine gelatin, sugar and salt; add boiling water.

2Stir until dissolved; add lemonade.

3Chill until partly set; fold in whipping cream.

4Turn into 8 individual molds or one large mold. Chill until firm.

5If desired, top each serving with a sprig of mint and a few raspberries or melon balls.
