  • 1 pkg. yellow pudding receipt cake mix
  • 1 small or medium egg (not large)
  • 1/3 c. soft butter
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh)
  • grated rind of 1 lemon

    Mix cake mix, egg and butter until crumbly. Press into lightly buttered 9 x 13 pan, reserving 1 cup of mix. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool. Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and
