- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 3/4 c. scalded milk
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 eggs, separated
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Mix sugar, flour and cornstarch. Add hot milk and cook in double boiler for 20 minutes.

2Add beaten egg yolks, juice of lemons and rind of one. Take from heat and add butter.

3Fold in 1 egg white.

4Make meringue with the other two whites and spread on pie. Bake in high oven.
