  • 3/4 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • splash of vanilla

    Frost with a mix of 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon butter and the juice and rind of 2 lemons.
