  • 1 c. Crisco
  • 5 large eggs
  • 2 tsp. lemon flavoring
  • 2 c. cake flour, sifted 4 times

Directions

    Cream sugar and Crisco together. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flavoring, then flour, 1/2 cup at a time, beating after each addition. Bake in greased and floured tube pan for 1 hour at 350°.
