  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    Mix together and fold in 2 beaten egg whites with a pinch of salt.

    Pour into ovenproof pan, set in shallow pan of water.

    Cook 30 minutes in slow (325°) oven.
