  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. milk, scalded
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
  • nutmeg (to sprinkle on pie shell)

    Beat eggs. Add dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Add lemon extract.
