  • 2 boxes instant lemon pudding
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 large Cool Whip
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. chopped walnuts, fine
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar

    Layer 1:

    Mix flour, margarine and walnuts in mixing bowl until blended.

    Place in bottom of 9 x 13 x 2-inch glass dish. Bake at 350° for about 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool.
