  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. hot water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. lemon extract

    Mix Jell-O and hot water.

    Set aside to cool.

    When cool, combine remaining ingredients.

    Add Jell-O.

    Blend well.

    Bake in greased tube pan at 325° for 1 hour, 10 minutes.

    Prepare 1 cup 10x sugar and 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice.

    Pour over cake as soon as removed from oven.
