  • 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick softened butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup crushed pecans
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 8 oz cool whip
  • 2 box instant lemon pudding (small)
  • 3 cup milk

    Preheat oven to 325

    For the crust: Mix together, graham cracker crumbs, butter, sugar, and pecans.

    Mix well and press into a 9x13 pan.

    Bake at 325F for 20 minutes.

    Let crust cool.

    For the filling: Mix together the sugar, cheese, and half the tub of cool whip.

    Spread on cooled crust.

    Beat pudding and milk together until thick.
