- 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 stick softened butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup crushed pecans
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 8 oz cool whip
- 2 box instant lemon pudding (small)
- 3 cup milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325

2For the crust: Mix together, graham cracker crumbs, butter, sugar, and pecans.

3Mix well and press into a 9x13 pan.

4Bake at 325F for 20 minutes.

5Let crust cool.

6For the filling: Mix together the sugar, cheese, and half the tub of cool whip.

7Spread on cooled crust.

8Beat pudding and milk together until thick.

9Spread pudding over cream cheese mixture.

10Refrigerate until pudding is set (uncovered).

11Spread remaining cool whip over pudding.
