  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. oleo
  • 3/4 c. pecans
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 3 pkg. instant lemon pudding
  • 4 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients and press in bottom of flat dish. Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes.

    Cool.

    Beat Cool Whip, confectioners sugar and cream cheese and put over crust.

    Beat lemon pudding and milk and put on top.

    Cover with Cool Whip.

    May also use chocolate or any other pudding.
