  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 cube butter
  • 1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (16 oz.) carton Cool Whip
  • 2 small pkg. instant lemon pudding
  • 3 c. milk

    First, cream together the nuts, flour and butter.

    Second, add 2 tablespoons powdered sugar to creamy mixture.

    Third, press into 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° until lightly browned, about 15 to 20 minutes.
