  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 container Cool Whip, divided
  • 3 c. milk
  • 2 small pkg. lemon instant pudding

Directions

    Mix the flour, oleo and chopped pecans; press into a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes; do not brown.
