  • 4 fresh Talipia fillets
  • salt, pepper
  • Lemon juice
  • 2 halved/sliced carrots
  • 2 T butter
  • Dill Parsley
  • Parchment paper

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Peel and slice carrots; parboil and drain. Add butter, dill and parsley to carrots. Salt and pepper both sides of tilapia. Place each fillet in separate piece of parchment paper. Squeeze lemon juice on each fillet and spoon carrot mixture on top. Wrap fillets in parchment paper and bake on cookie sheet for 20-25 minutes.
