  • 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 1/4 c. water

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and mix well.

    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan at 350° for 40 minutes.

    As soon as cake is removed from oven, prick with a fork all over surface, and pour the topping over the cake immediately.
