- 12 cup butter, softened
- 34 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon half-and-half
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
- 1 12 cups all-purpose flour
- 12 cup lemon drop candy, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 14 teaspoon salt
Directions

1preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2in a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

3beat in egg, half and half, and lemon peel.

4in a seperate bowl, combine lemon drop candies, baking powder and salt.

5gradually add to butter and egg mixture and mix well.

6drop by round teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheets.

7bake for 8-10 minutes.

8cool for 2 minutes and enjoy!
