  • 2 lb. red snapper
  • 1 lemon (small)
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small green pepper
  • salt to taste
  • garlic to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. black lemon pepper
  • 1/2 to 1 stick butter (unsalted)

Directions

    Season fish with salt, pepper and garlic.

    Set aside for 15 minutes.

    Cut up onion and green pepper.
  4. 4
    Squeeze lemon juice over fish.

    Put in covered dish.

    Add onion, green pepper and s/c lemon over the entire dish.

    Cook slow in oven for one hour.

    Serve hot.
