Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. soft butter
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    Cream together butter and sugar.

    Add other ingredients, but add beaten whites last.

    Bake in small greased pan in hot water (water in lower pan) for 1/2 hour at 350°.

    This makes a cake on top with sauce underneath.

    Serve with whipped cream.
