Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 3/4 pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 1 3/4 c. hot water
- 2 1/2 c. vanilla cookie crumbs
Directions

1Chill can of evaporated milk 3 to 4 hours.

2Dissolve Jell-O in hot water and chill until partially set.

3Whip until light and fluffy.

4Add lemon juice and sugar.

5Whip chilled milk and fold into Jell-O mixture.

6Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with half of crumbs.

7Pour mixture over crumbs and top with remaining crumbs. Chill several hours or overnight.

8Cut in squares and center each square with a maraschino cherry.
