- 1 lb. butter
- 6 eggs
- 1 box brown sugar
- 4 c. plain or cake flour
- 2 oz. lemon extract
- 1/2 lb. candied cherries
- 1/2 lb. candied pineapple
- 1 qt. pecans
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar and add egg yolks.

2Blend in 2 cups flour.

3Coat fruit and nuts with remaining 2 cups flour.

4Fold in all other ingredients.

5Let stand overnight in refrigerator.

6Bake in oven at 325° for 1 1/2 hours in tube pan.
