- 1/2 lb. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 5 large eggs
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 3/4 lb. glazed cherries
- 1 lb. glazed pineapple
- 4 c. shelled pecans
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 oz. pure lemon extract
Directions

1Cream butter, adding sugar slowly, and beat until fluffy. Beat eggs; blend into butter mixture.

2Measure flour.

3Chop fruits and nuts and mix with part of flour.

4Sift together remaining flour and baking powder.

5Add flavoring and fold into the egg-butter mixture.

6Mix well.

7Pour into greased, paper lined tube pan.

8Place in cold oven, set oven controls at 250° and bake for 3 hours.
