- 1 lb. butter
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 c. plain flour
- 6 eggs
- 3 oz. lemon flavoring
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. pecans
- 1/2 lb. candied cherries
- 1/4 lb. candied pineapple
Directions

1Reserve 1/4 cup flour to coat fruit.

2Cream butter and sugar. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.

3Add eggs and flour mixture to bowl; add floured fruit.

4Bake in well-greased tube pan lined with wax paper.

5Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours.
