  • 6 chicken breasts (boneless)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. white wine
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • hot cooked rice or noodles

    Melt butter in skillet.

    Bring to boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
