- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 lemon, juice of
- salt and pepper
- 1 lb white fish fillet
Directions

1Blend first 8 ingredients in a food processor.

2Place fish fillets on a heavy duty foil, and create a rim by rolling up sides of foil.

3Pour mixture over fish.

4Place foil and fish on the grill, uncovered.

5Grill for 15 minutes or until fish flakes.
