  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 12 cup lemon juice
  • 12 cup limoncello
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest, grated
  • mint leaf

Directions

    Mix water and sugar in a 2 qt sauce pan and bring to boil over high heat.

    Boil uncovered, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes or until sugar is dissolved.

    Remove from eat, stir in lemon juice, limoncello and lemon zest.

    Pour into a 13 x 9 baking pan.

    Freeze one hour; stir.

    Cover - freeze two more hours or overnight until firm.

    Scrape and scoop into serving glasses and top with mint.
