  • 8 long graham crackers
  • 6 Tbsp. margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. lemon peel, grated
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon extract
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 egg yolk

Directions

    Roll crackers into fine crumbs.

    Combine crumbs, melted margarine and sugar.

    Press firmly into pie plate.

    Chill for 45 minutes or bake at 375° for 8 minutes, until edges are browned. Cool.
