  • 1 1/3 c. (1 can) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 2 egg yolks, beaten
  • 1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind or 1/4 tsp. lemon flavoring

    Stir egg yolks into milk.

    Pour into baked pie crust.

    Cover with meringue and broil in 300° oven. Cool.
