- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 small box lemon jello
- 3/4 c. salad oil
- 3/4 c. boiling water
- 2 tsp. lemon extract
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Dissolve jello in boiling water, set in refrigerator to cool, but not jell.

2Empty cake mix in a bowl, add oil and eggs, alternately.

3Add a little lemon peel, if desired.

4Add jello mixture last.

5Mix well.

6Bake in 9 x 12-inch sheet pan or tube pan at 350° or until golden brown, don't overbake.

7Keeps well.
