- 1 tsp. each paprika and curry powder
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- 6 chicken leg quarters (2 lb.)
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 lemon, halved
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Zesty Lime Vinaigrette Dressing
Directions

1Heat oven to 425 degrees F.

2Mix paprika, curry powder and sugar; rub onto chicken.

3Place chicken, onions and garlic in roasting pan sprayed with cooking spray.

4Squeeze juice from lemon and mix with dressing; pour over chicken.

5Add lemon halves to pan.

6Bake chicken 35 to 40 min.

7or until done (165 degrees F).
