  • 1 tsp. each paprika and curry powder
  • 1 tsp. brown sugar
  • 6 chicken leg quarters (2 lb.)
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 1/3 cup KRAFT Zesty Lime Vinaigrette Dressing

Directions

    Heat oven to 425 degrees F.

    Mix paprika, curry powder and sugar; rub onto chicken.

    Place chicken, onions and garlic in roasting pan sprayed with cooking spray.

    Squeeze juice from lemon and mix with dressing; pour over chicken.

    Add lemon halves to pan.

    Bake chicken 35 to 40 min.
