   Combine flour, margarine and pecans in bowl.

   Mix well. Spread in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

   Bake at 350° for about 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.

   Beat cream cheese, confectioners sugar and half the whipped topping in bowl until smooth.

   Spread over cooled crust.

   Combine pudding mix and milk in bowl; beat until slightly thickened.

   Pour over cream mixture. Top with remaining whipped topping.

   Chill, covered, for at least 2 hours.
