  • 1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 bag walnuts, chopped
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 large container Cool Whip

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Mix butter, walnuts and flour together. Spread on bottom of a 9 x 12-inch dish.

    Bake for 15 minutes. Mix together the lemon pudding mix and milk.

    Fold in cream cheese and one-half of the Cool Whip.

    Pour over walnut crust and top with remaining Cool Whip.
