  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 large (16 oz.) whipped topping
  • 2 small pkg. instant lemon pudding
  • 3 c. cold milk

Directions

    Mix oleo, flour and pecans.

    Pat into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 375° for 15 minutes.

    Combine sugar, cream cheese and 1 cup topping.

    Mix pudding and cold milk; spread over cream cheese mixture in pan.

    Spread rest of whipped topping over mixture and refrigerate.
