  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 2 pkg. instant lemon pudding
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
  • chopped nuts

Directions

    Blend margarine and flour. Press crust into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

    Blend cream cheese and confectioners sugar. Add 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust. Sprinkle with nuts. Blend pudding with 3 cups milk. Spread over previous layer. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour. Top with remaining Cool Whip and nuts.
